How to stay happy makes me hopeful when trying to conceive?

Of course, everyone wants to be happy and everyone deserves happiness. Being happy is part of good mental and emotional health. Life is meant to be enjoyed. But, it can be difficult to be happy in difficult times like what the world is experiencing now in this Covid19 pandemic with huge consequences.
Happiness isn't always easy to come by, and it's especially hard to feel happy when things are going wrong. These are difficult and strange times that no one would ever expect. Good and bad things come into the life of everyone who has ever lived on earth. But, happiness is usually attainable, even though everyone experiences rough patches in life.
Although people are suffering from loneliness and despair during this period of self-isolation and social distancing, with most of the world's population under stay-at-home orders for some time now, it is important to maintain a positive mental attitude. , things will return to normal and it will be easier if we keep our spirits up. It is often said that gratitude is something that we should practice no matter what is going on in our lives. We should count our blessings. If we and our families were not affected by the Covid19 virus, we can feel grateful and happy that we were safe. If we have had family members or friends who tested positive for the virus, suffered symptoms and recovered, or even died from the virus, we must maintain a positive mental attitude. When times get tough, we must weather the storm and regain a sense of calm.
It is important not to dwell on the past and believe in what the future will bring. Planning for a better day and hoping for the future will help bring happiness into our lives. The incarceration of innocent Japanese Americans and immigrants from Japan in the camps during World War II brought many hardships. It was hard for people to be happy in the camps. The children and teenagers who were placed there felt a degree of happiness when they made friends. Elderly people had a hard time and were unhappy about losing their freedom. Yet, they persevered, and, things got better when they were released after the war ended and could return to life as free citizens. It wasn't easy, but most managed to find happiness again when their lives returned to normal.
The pandemic is a crisis of immeasurable proportions of suffering and despair. Trying to stay happy can take the utmost effort, but it pays off in the end.

The most adventurous hotels in the world?

The most adventurous hotels in the world?

Have you been to a hotel recently?

Did something interesting happen?

Today you are all coming with me and my husband to stay in hotels during this pandemic period.

You are parents/grandparents with children and pets.

We arrived in Melbourne, Florida to stay at our hotel

Before we move in -

-One parent stays out of the room with kids, pets, and luggage while the other parent is armed with "Lysol Disinfectant Spray!"

All door handles, all bathrooms, all kitchen counters, counters, beds, closets, hallways, chairs, sofa, TV remote control, and room phone, and wipe the switch light with a soft cloth with disinfectant,

You and I notice under the bed...

With the mini fridge, we notice -

Then we spray the area with more Lysol.

to know that the neighbor's pet is next door.

When she's happy she purrs and when she's scared her ears go back and squeal.

She stood at the door and the dog barked!

She squealed!

Who are your neighbors in the hotel?

Do they have pets and children?

ROOM TO ROOM!

At every hotel you travel to with your family, kids, and pets, you'll experience a new adventure from what you find in your hotel room!

As usual, our husbands, children, pets, and luggage were waiting outside the hotel for you and me -

You know how it goes!

Spray Lysol Disinfectant Spray on all doorknobs, all bathrooms, all kitchen nooks, counters, beds, closets, hallways, chairs, couches, TV remote control, and room phone, and wipe light switches with a soft disinfectant cloth.

When we went to spray the couch,

You and I noticed behind this…

"a stray pair of red high heels".

When you first move into a hotel with your family, children, and pets, what 3 things should you not forget to do?

1) You know the drill: Spray Lysol Disinfectant Spray - all doorknobs, all bathrooms, all kitchen nooks, counters, beds, closets, hallways, chairs, couches, TV remotes, room phones, and with a soft cloth with disinfectant wipe the light switches.

2) Then spray Lysol around and under the bed, refrigerator, and microwave.

3) Remove any stray items such as the previous guest's red high heels, then spray the area with Lysol and return the red high heels to the hotel front desk.

After a few minutes for the Lysol disinfectant to dry,

let your wives, children, pets, and luggage enter your hotel rooms.

During this pandemic, visiting a hotel is always an adventure, even more so. Stay calm when spraying your Lysol to protect your family!

Remember to exercise!

10 way to get back into shape gaining weight

But, the way you lose weight or get in shape doesn't have a big impact on your success. The way you think and feel is the real driver of success.

So here are my top 10 ways to get back on track, start losing weight and get in shape today.

1. Decide why this is important to you

because you think you should be thinner isn't enough motivation to maintain a healthy lifestyle, you need to know why you care - why you care about being healthy. This means taking the time to think about what being healthy means to you and how it will improve your life. Also, you need to be clear about the costs associated with staying healthy.

2. Taste vs pleasure

There's a reason why junk food seems to taste so much better than healthy food when you're not used to eating healthy or when you include too much junk food in your diet. A LOT of money goes into research to make sure the taste is pleasant and addictive. The transition from processed foods high in salt and fat to bland foods can be very challenging. So you have to give your taste buds time to readjust. The more you cut back on these things and choose healthier alternatives, the more you will begin to appreciate and enjoy more natural flavors.

3. First of all on the mind

To be healthy, you need to be mindful of not slipping back into bad habits when you forget to pay attention or are in a bad mood (such as during times of stress or hormonal changes). When you focus on being healthy, you can incorporate behaviors into your life (other than eating fast food that you'll enjoy) to address your moods. Focus on why you want to live healthily.

4. Stop feeling like you're missing out

When you start eating healthy, it's very important not to feel like you're being punished by thinking "it's terrible that I can't eat tasty food anymore". The goal is to want to eat healthy because you enjoy feeling fresh, clean, and energized. So you don't feel tempted to gobble up junk food to boost your mood or meet a craving. You want to enjoy treats when it's appropriate (eg celebrations) but be able to get back to healthy eating right away.

5. Believe you can do it

Confidence is critical to your success. Use other examples of when you set out to achieve a goal and succeeded in achieving it (eg saving for a vacation, changing careers, buying a new home) to motivate you. This way, you can remind yourself that you can achieve anything if you put your mind to it.

6. Ignore others who mean well and want you to join them in their eating habits

Food and socialization are very linked, so people around you will try to encourage you to eat and drink junk food from time to time. The key is to ensure that tasty, healthy meals are served that you can all enjoy together. Also to be less stressed about having to explain your new eating habits, eating healthier food will lead to easier conversation, more energy, and more fun.

7. Stop thinking all or nothing

As mentioned earlier, it's very important to be flexible when it comes to your eating habits, so if you end up eating more junk food than you expected, you move on rather than using it as an excuse to eat like crazy. Remind yourself that you are not limited. No one tells you what to do. You eat healthy because you want to.

8. Be organized with meal prep

Make sure you eat throughout the day and have healthy meals pre-prepared to avoid quick and easy grab-and-go high-fat foods on the run. Take time each week to make sure you have enough healthy snacks in your bags, work drawers, and home pantry. Then either arrange for someone to cook for you at home, or cook a few healthy meals at the beginning of the week and freeze them for those nights when you don't feel like cooking.

9. Prepare tasty alternatives

Eating healthy should never be boring. Sign up to the Happy Life website below and get free delicious meals that you can prepare. It's important to have a positive attitude towards healthy eating, so be creative and make meals that you enjoy. Don't stick to the same old salad and soup diet.

10. Get your family and friends involved

It is much easier to maintain a healthy life if your family and friends are involved. You can involve them by arranging to do a physical activity together, preparing healthy meals that everyone can enjoy together, or discussing what you are doing and asking for their support.
