What are the Fun fitness hint for the children?

What is the Fun fitness hint for the children?

Many children are disconnected from exercise when the adults in charge forget that children like to play and have fun. The key to working with kids is to make exercise fun. There are many ways to incorporate safe and fun activities and some helpful tips in this article.

You increase the risk of injury by moving, and never assume that a child understands exactly what to do. Always be aware of potential hazards before starting any activity. state and warn children of dangerous or prohibited areas. If the danger can be removed, do so; if not, they should be marked with cones or lines. For movement activities with several children, it helps to have a signal (whistling/clapping hands) to stop the movement immediately. Let them know that when a whistle blows or a light flashes, they will stop moving. A fun way to practice this is to have the children move around the playground and freeze like a statue when the stop signal is heard. Praising a child who has frozen is also an incentive for others to do the same. Freezing can also be an exercise: dead bug (child on the back with legs and arms in the air), standing on one leg, upright pushup (plank), etc.

Do not tell the child to do the exercise, make it a game:

• Instead of jogging in place, across a field, or on a treadmill; play tag, relay race, dance to a favorite song, or have an obstacle course.

• Tell the children they are sumo wrestlers and have them make funny grunts while doing the squats.

• Planks can be done by facing a partner and giving a high five or passing the ball.

• If the child jumps, tell him that he is a superhero jumping on the roof or over the wall.

• Ask your child what their favorite video game or TV show is and use their imagination. If the child likes the Simpsons, have them pretend they are Bart Simpson running fast in place on the hot sand and ask them to try to sound like Bart making the "ouch, ouch, ouch" noises. When you say "safe" they get on the towel and rest.

• Check the child's achievements and appreciate them by moving during exercise; jumping for high fives, running around the room or house, and/or doing a silly happy dance to a song of your choice.

Again, fun is the key! Have fun laughing with the kids, not at them.
