How to stay happy makes me hopeful when trying to conceive?

Of course, everyone wants to be happy and everyone deserves happiness. Being happy is part of good mental and emotional health. Life is meant to be enjoyed. But, it can be difficult to be happy in difficult times like what the world is experiencing now in this Covid19 pandemic with huge consequences.
Happiness isn't always easy to come by, and it's especially hard to feel happy when things are going wrong. These are difficult and strange times that no one would ever expect. Good and bad things come into the life of everyone who has ever lived on earth. But, happiness is usually attainable, even though everyone experiences rough patches in life.
Although people are suffering from loneliness and despair during this period of self-isolation and social distancing, with most of the world's population under stay-at-home orders for some time now, it is important to maintain a positive mental attitude. , things will return to normal and it will be easier if we keep our spirits up. It is often said that gratitude is something that we should practice no matter what is going on in our lives. We should count our blessings. If we and our families were not affected by the Covid19 virus, we can feel grateful and happy that we were safe. If we have had family members or friends who tested positive for the virus, suffered symptoms and recovered, or even died from the virus, we must maintain a positive mental attitude. When times get tough, we must weather the storm and regain a sense of calm.
It is important not to dwell on the past and believe in what the future will bring. Planning for a better day and hoping for the future will help bring happiness into our lives. The incarceration of innocent Japanese Americans and immigrants from Japan in the camps during World War II brought many hardships. It was hard for people to be happy in the camps. The children and teenagers who were placed there felt a degree of happiness when they made friends. Elderly people had a hard time and were unhappy about losing their freedom. Yet, they persevered, and, things got better when they were released after the war ended and could return to life as free citizens. It wasn't easy, but most managed to find happiness again when their lives returned to normal.
The pandemic is a crisis of immeasurable proportions of suffering and despair. Trying to stay happy can take the utmost effort, but it pays off in the end.

Enlightened Circle will have insight into the 3 healing techniques that work best for the modern man.

We are very capable of healing ourselves on a mental, emotional, spiritual, and any other level we can think of. But, many factors can inhibit our self-healing ability. For example, our lifestyle, stress that accumulates over time, suppressed emotions, blocked energy, etc. Moreover, if these problems are not addressed in time, they can manifest into something bigger, such as depression, anxiety, nervous breakdown, insomnia, and more. many dangerous health problems.

This is why there have been various healing techniques for mental health for centuries. Today we take a look at 3 treatment techniques that work best for the modern man.

 Trembling

It is a simple but very effective treatment technique.  You will feel energized and revitalized. It also has the potential to lift your mood and distract you from any compulsive thought.

Stand in a place where you can move your hands without touching anything else. In this technique, your feet are supposed to stay in one place. Now start shaking your arms, neck, hips, and upper body. increase the speed of the vibration, feeling that you are shaking off all the negative and blocked energy. Continue shaking for at least 5 to 10 minutes. Once you're done, be sure to lie down or sit in a comfortable position.

Express yourself:-

From early childhood, we are taught to control our feelings and emotions. So, when we cannot express anger, sadness, frustration, dissatisfaction, and other emotions that are labeled as negative in public.

While it's nice to behave a certain way in public, that doesn't mean you should suppress your emotions. Because these repressed emotions can accumulate over time and interfere with your mental well-being.

So express yourself, but in your private space. Close your room, and close all the windows. Play some music if that helps. And start expressing yourself. You feel like screaming and then screaming. You feel like crying and then crying. And if you feel like punching someone, punch a pillow. That way, no one gets hurt and you don't suppress your emotions.

Trust us, you'll soon start feeling lighter and calmer. You will feel as if some baggage has been lifted from your shoulders. This mental health healing technique will not only restore your peace of mind but also help you repair your relationships with yourself and those around you. Your stress, anger, and frustration will dissipate and be replaced by calmness and alertness.

Gobbledygook:-

Gibberish translates as “unintelligible or nonsensical speech. What you're saying shouldn't make sense. For example, have you seen a child who hasn't started talking yet but keeps making noises? You must do the same.

Its regular practice is proven to be therapeutic. Not only will it remove blockages, but it will also help with the constant chatter of the mind. You will feel light as a feather.

All these techniques were designed to work on psychological problems. They may seem simple, but they are quite powerful. The only condition for their work is to exercise for some time.

How to stop compulsive binge eating and the emotional eating?

How to stop compulsive binge eating and emotional eating?
(Emotional Eating)

Have you ever felt so lonely that it made you want to grab that tub of ice cream in the fridge and eat it while the tears flowed?

Yes, we all like to eat regardless of the circumstances. Food is a basic necessity of life. Even if we are not very emotional, we eat because it is a way of life.

Everyone knows that we eat to get nutrition and stay healthy. But eating too much can cause excess body weight, which can lead to unhealthy health. Being overweight can be stressful. I know, I've been there. I used to be slim but as I get older my metabolism slows down so I put on extra pounds. But I was able to overcome it.  I was inspired to write this article by one of my online friends. She broke up with her boyfriend and was able to move on, but now she's emotional again. Oh well...

We all have great days and terrible days.  I don't know the reason, but food can help us. But it is still true that if you eat, you will gain extra weight, which is not easy to lose.

Try asking yourself these questions:

- Do you feel stressed at work?

Have you been bothered by any unresolved family or personal matters?

If you answered "yes" to any of the above questions, chances are you're an emotional eater. Judge for yourself - do you eat even when you're not hungry? I was an emotional eater. During those times when anxiety strikes, I turn to my "comfort foods" like ice cream, chocolate, cakes, donuts, and other sweet treats. Until I realized that I had gained too much weight and that my clothes no longer fit. It's not just about staying fit and maintaining the figure I want. It's all about staying healthy. So let me share how I overcame being an emotional eater:

Adoption

I've accepted the fact that I eat a lot whenever I'm stressed or emotional. "I'm hungry?"  That's something you should ask yourself before reaching for that tub of ice cream or biting into that big chocolate bar.  Then think about it and ask yourself, "Am I hungry?" before meals.

Exercises

This is one habit I developed and was so proud of when I first avoided compulsive eating. Instead, I changed and put on my running shoes. I ran and circled. It was like I moved in, but I'd been living in the same neighborhood for over 5 years. After a healthy sweat, I went home, took a quick shower, ate breakfast (healthy without the burger and donuts), and felt happy. And yes, I didn't overeat.

Distract

What if you feel nervous, excited, or hot-tempered? What I do is I write it down on paper or in a journal (yeah, I still journal.) Or you can listen to good music or watch a good show – avoid reaching for the popcorn. Or if it is possible and safe for you, you can go for a walk. walk and breathe. Do something that can focus your attention on something other than eating—except when you're REALLY hungry, of course.

Indulge

I have never refrained from ice cream, doughnuts, cakes, chocolates, and other sweet things that I like. Overcoming compulsive eating doesn't mean you have to give up the things you love (at least that's what it does). What I do is rarely eat it and eat it to reward myself. Like when I was able to finish all my DIY wedding invitations, I felt happy and thought I deserved a reward.

Yes, I still had ice cream, but I didn't use the whole tub. I had three scoops because I deserved it. And that was it. Overcoming emotional overeating is not an easy task.  I share my experience. It would be best to talk to an expert in this area.
